With Tapcooler, you mount it directly onto your tap (e.g. Intertap, Ultratap, Vent-Matic, Picnic tap), connect CO₂ – and you’re ready to go.

Whether you’re filling bottles for competitions or just preparing a few for friends, Tapcooler is fast, simple, and highly efficient. The result? Beer that retains its flavour, aroma, and carbonation – just like it came straight from the keg.

How Tapcooler works

A counter-pressure filler ensures the bottle is pressurised while filling, minimising CO₂ loss and delivering significantly better quality than traditional filling methods.

Tapcooler takes it a step further by connecting directly to your tap – with no need for extra liquid lines or complex preparation. You can be ready in under a minute.

The design also makes the process easier: Tapcooler can remain attached to the tap between fillings, so there’s no need to constantly remove and reattach it.

Easy CO₂ connection

Connecting CO₂ is just as simple:

• Use a 3/16" push-fit hose directly

• Or connect via the included hose barb fitting

There are also smart optional accessories available:

• Gas ball lock adapter (TCCP-BLA)

These make operation even easier – highly recommended.

Flexible bottle height compatibility

The telescopic tube fits bottles from approx. 11.5 cm to 32 cm in height. Larger bottles can also be used, but the tube may not reach the bottom.

For bottles with a wide opening, a suitable bottle stopper with a 9 mm hole can be used.

Easy cleaning

Cleaning is quick and simple:

• Disassemble Tapcooler

• Soak parts in hot or boiling water above 90°C

• Rinse afterwards

Alternatively, you can connect it to your cleaning setup and flush it through the system.

All beer-contact parts are made from stainless steel (SS304), ensuring long durability and easy maintenance.

Direct keg filling

Tapcooler can also be used directly from a keg. You simply need the Tapcooler Beer Valve Connector (TCCP-VK).
